A Total Scumbag, Plain and Simple!

In Vladivostok, Russia, a delivery truck belonging to a local meat processing plant deliberately blocked an ambulance traveling with its sirens and lights on. Instead of pulling over, the truck driver performed an abrupt emergency brake directly in front of the emergency vehicle. This sudden jolt caused the immobilization board of a young woman with a spinal injury to shift out of place. The patient, already in critical condition, suffered a new traumatic shock and screamed in agony, forcing the ambulance to stop in the middle of the road to re-stabilize and secure her.
