The crash was caused by a woman who missed her exit and then decided to start reversing on the motorway. For reasons known only to her, she didn’t keep to the shoulder but managed to back up far enough to stick her rear end straight into the second lane. Unfortunately, and quite predictably, a truck was already occupying that very piece of asphalt.
